To Xiaobitu and the experienced people

Hello, I need your help. I will visit China with multiple entry H-1B visa for 6 weeks. If my I-485 is approved during my vacation in China, can I still come back to the US with H-1B visa? I do not know if I should apply for AP in order to enter the US if I-485 is approved during that period. Thanks for your advance and experience.
