移民局的回答是这样的:

The status of this service request is:

Based on your request we researched the status of this case. We are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform addition review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 6 months of this letter, please call customer service at the number provided below.

这是不是标准的答复?是不是六个月内一般会批?

这是俺老婆的case, 485 PD是April 2002, EB-3, 俺担心今年夏天EB-3排期又要倒退.各位大侠,有人收到过类似的inquery答复吗?

另外, 收到inquery答复后, 485的LUD没变.
