second finger print - Please help Xiao Bai Tu

Today i got the second finger print notice. I did concurrent 140/485 EB1(A)
in September 2005, and I140 was approved in Feb 2006, and then 485 is stuck
in name check until now in VSC.

Anybody had the same experience before? Does second finger print means name
check cleared? Usually how long can we know a decision after second finger
print? Thanks
