小白兔，还有一个period out of J1 status的问题

我在申请J1 waiver 的时候，网上填表有一个问题：

Period of time in US not covered by DS-2019?

我的个人情况是:

2004年on J1 with University of Maryland, sponsored by University of Maryland.

2004~2006 in Japan.


2006年至今,F1 with Stanford University

请问上边的那个问题, Period of time in US not covered by DS2019?
我是应该什么也不填,还是把F1的也填进去
