Sorry, but you can file neither concurrent I-485 nor PP

With request for duplicate labor certification,
1) You cannot file I-485 concurrently. Your I-140 will be received and I-485 rejected, if you pay the fees with separate checks; both your I-140 and I-485 will be rejected if you pay them with one check.
