急死了，有我这么倒霉的嘛，DOS收到中国的No Objection都6个多月了还

什么材料都全了。我电话也打了，他们只让我发fax过去；fax也发过，express mail也寄过，就是拖着不办理。我的J1签证6月到期，工作找的差不多了，就缺这个waiver办理H1b了。怎么办啊？求大家给出个主意。
是不是雇个律师给DOS发封信能加快一些？
还是找老板写个信能起作用吗？
