H1-B and 485 pending换工作:请教xiaobaidu和有经验的朋友

我485pending十个月, 140和EAD都批了, H1-B下个月六年期满, 但第七年延期也已经批了. 现在准备换到一家新公司, 请问
1. 是不是我必须用EAD在新公司工作, 还是我可以把H1-B转到新公司用H1-B工作?
2. 我知道如果现在不换工作,万一485被拒,我可以保持H1-B非移民身份. 但是如果换了工作,万一485将来被拒,我还有办法保持H1-B非移民身份?
