Please help me assess the risk

Entered U.S under B1, then F1-H1. Eight years haven't been back. My hu*****and is H4, but he is the princinple applicant for GC. I140 approved, waiting for the quote for I485.
We have been approved for Canadian immigration,will land in this coming summer. How risky it will be if I apply for a visa stamp in Toronto. I said earlier, my parents has been reject visiting visa for the fifth time recently. Unless the situation changed, they will never get chance to come here.
Please help.
