我们夫妻俩h1 h4的身份马上要到期了， 请大家帮忙看看

1）由于已经持有h1 6 年，也没法再延期，请问身份到期以后是否还有60 天的时间让我们准备离境？还是必须在到期前离境？

2）我h4 的身份， 现在找到一家公司愿意帮我办h1, 那么7，8，9 三个月我是否可以留在美国？ 还是必须回国签h1?
