我是学生，未婚夫是绿卡，不敢回国签F1，
Why? He is not your hu*****and. How could the visa officer know that?

那如果去墨西哥签呢，风险有多大？会不会据签啊？
It is relatively easier in Mexico. But you never know. I heard a lot of weird case. Personally, I got checked and my hu*****and got rejected. But more people got the visa there.

如果据签，闯关回美国的话，在美国的身份合法吗？以后要转身份什么的有影响吗？
If the borden INS let you in with the right I-94, you are legally staying in US. You shouldn't have problem with your status later. That is what happened to us. Got back with no visa.
