AP applied almost 6 months, Any suggestions?

AP applied on line for whole family, 9/26/06.
got a receipt of me a few days later, then my wift got AP without a receipt, then my daughter got AP without a receipt.
My case status is till as the same as 9/28/06 --- received my application.
I called 2/2/07, then called today, the answer is the same: wait for 30-45 days if no action, please call again.

Any suggestions?
