Thanks for your reply, Martinlu. My employer would allow me to do my H1B myself, everything. They then just sign the form. does it mean that I have the right?

I have been expecting your answer to my another question. My 1485 is pending. I am AOS already (i am on H1B too), or I am AOS only after i use EAD?
