急问：我的140问题

我的140 是去年 5月递上去的，看网上现在都已经处理到去年的8月份了，可是我的却什么消息都没有！律师说只能这样等，问也没有用。

请问有无兄弟姐妹经历过类似的情况？ 为什么会没有消息呢？ 我是H1B第六年，所以很着急。。
