When 1st FP expired, we did not know what we should do, thanks for Xiaobaitu, she suggested that we might ask for the USCIS for the 2nd FP, we did, then got FP notice. We tried once without FP notice to do FP in Jan 2007---the local office rejected to do FP for us.
