请问白兔, 结婚绿卡485 request for Intital Evidence

2月寄出得485,今天收到CIS的request for intital evidence.

要我先生的 a copy or IRS-issued tran of his federal income tax return for the most recent tax year.

我们随485提交了我先生2003,04,05年的表, 2006的他还没有,
这里说的the most recent tax year 是不是指他应该提交2006年的?
