My hu*****and have to change a job from one department to another department in the same university , same HR ,why HR people ask us to apply H1 extension , and my hu*****and used AP came back to USA ,what should we do , I think the pay stub is the same ,but HR just insist that we have to apply the H1 extension ,not amendment .
how can we do with these stupid people
