Be patient. We got the letter for fingerprints, physical check-ups last May after we waited for almost a whole year. But then we did more physical checks for some not serious reasons which lasted for 5 months. We got the approval letter today asking us to mail our passports and photos. So I think if you don't have any problems on your check-ups, you'll get approval very soon. The total time for my application lasted no more than two years. Good luck.
