移民律师费减税? EB immigration attorney fees tax deductible?

Certain attorney fees (income related) are allowed to be deducted in Federal tax returns (conditional) ... investment costs are surely counted. Employment-based immgration preparation and advisory fees should also be counted. Has anyone tried to file this deduction before?
