身份疑问?

我是H1，老婆是H4。
去年一起交了485。我的路卡拿到一个多月了。老婆的还没有。大家认为一般她要等多长时间啊。
另外现在她的H4是不是就没有了?那AOS是不是就可以合法呆在美国还是会有问题?
