Xiaobaitu,

I am now I-485 pending since 2004 and my current H1 I-94 has been expired this January. When I leave U.S. in summer, I should turn in my last H1 I-94 which was just expired, and I'll use AP to come back. The CIS computer system may indicate my I-94 has benn expired, but I have been I-485 pending since 2004. Do you see any problem?
