N400 name check

Does anybody know the N400 natualization processing time?
How long does it take to finish name check for names like X-zhang
or Y-wang, z-Li?

I have a friend filed N-400 on 10/10/06 and got interview notice on
02/07 ( 3 digit name). Another one filed in 11/08/06 and didn't have any response yet( 2 digit name).

Can we share this infos?
