的和前几天congressman的一样。俺还在被FBI严肃的考察中，NC仍然Pending。

不过这次议员说：

Since name checks are performed in the interest of national security, there is no provision under the law to expediate a particular case except in extremely rare circumstances. USCIS policy limits name check expediate to those applicants who, by passage of time, will age-out and become ineligible for a benefit; those with a serious medical condition; those who are in the military and facing imminent deployment overseas; those who are in legal proceedings; and finally, those who have won the Department of State's Diversity Visa Lottery and need immediate clearence to meet the eligibility deadline.

Evidence must be provided to support a request for expedited processing, and there is no guarantee that it will be approved.

所以说呢，大家考虑一下所谓的wom问题。不管上述所说是否为借口，但是如果打官司的话，现在好像FBI USCIS也不在乎了。他们可以雇用一个律师，把上诉的案子用这个尺子划一道线，就可以左右法官的判决了。
