"Your letter dated in XX,X,2006, directed to Mrs. Bush concerning your name check....."

"a review of the FBI's name check program database revealed that your request was received from USCIS on Feb, xx, 2005. This submission was processed and finalized on Feb. XX, 2007. The results were forwarded to the USCIS headquarters,Washington DC"

Does this mean that my name check is over?

BTW, is second FP required even if the first one was taken electronically.(they scanned our FP into computer)
