I am NOT comparing the risk of telling the truth and that of not telling the truth. I said you do not have DATA to prove that: the officers would not care about your record if you tell the truth. You are misleading the people to underestimate the risk of being denied finally whatever you argure if you have such records. you are just reasoning based on the law not from the practice. However the practice is IMPORTANT!
