请问：two I-485 or relink I485 issue

请问：小白兔及诸位高手：

我的情况：
(1) EB2 (approved)+ concurrently filed 485;
(2)EB1 just approved.

给移民局打电话两次：
一个说：不能relink I-485,Peason Memo 不能用,需新file I-485；
另一个说：我I-485 can not be upgrade, 要先withdraw the first I-485, then file a new I-485.

记得有人在这里谈过成功relink过？any suggestions for me.
