请问小白兔: a question about PERM. Thank you.

My PERM application was ted electronically last Friday. My lawyer told me that supposedly the Labor Department would send a questionnaire to my employer to complete within a week. But my employer is on a business trip and won't be back until next Tuesday. Is it true that this questionnaire has to be completed within 7 days? If so, do I have to re it and how long can I wait to re? Does it have any negative impact??
