Where to send AP(I-131) petition if I-485 transfered?

Hi everyone, I got the same email telling me my 485 petition has been sent to NSC from CSC. It has been pending for about 20 months since my I-140 approval.

QUESTION: In this case, where should we send the new AP (I-131) petition? CSC or NSC
