My case is also transferred from CSC to NSC.
PD: Sept 2003
AD: 140-Sept 2004
RD: 485-Oct 2004
FP: Nov 04, Oct 05, Mar 07.
I guess NC is clear for my case.

I do not think the transfer has anything with interview. I prefer the cases may be current and name check clear.
