急问：公司在劳工部网站上注册出错，怎么办？

办EB2，用公司给的电子邮件到劳工部网站上注册，等待劳工部回复，给密码，一直等不到回复，一查才发现公司用的电子邮件是错的。想重新注册，可劳工部网站上说一个人不能注册两次，我该怎么办呢，谢谢。
