递I-140时需要high school diploma吗?

我的LC刚批准，想请教两个问题：

（1）律师给的I-140的清单中有一项Educational Credentials中需要提供all of my degrees and trans, including high school diploma. 请问，有没有朋友递I-140时，也包括了high school diploma？我都不知道我的到哪里去了。

（2）我的PD已经到了，现在还能I-140和I-485同时递吗？如果同时递，140需不需要加快处理？
