1. When I apply for the H-4 visa in Shanghai, usually how many times entry I can get from the visa officer?
2. My I-94 should be ted when leaving the USA, should I bring my hu*****and's original (I-129) H-1 approval notice and original I-94? or copies should be fine.My hu*****and will stay here while I'm back.
3. I transferred from F-2 to H-4 in US, do you think it's risky to go back to apply for H-4 visa. I've been here for almost 5 years.
