Thanks for your quick response. Here is some detail of my case

I'm now working for a big company. My LC requries MS degree and one year experience. I have one year part time / full time expreience (partime during semester and full time during summer break) based on a school project(funded by government). Even if it counts, it's still short than 1 year. But I have 3 years experience in China before I came to USA. Not sure if that will help to makeup that 1 year requirement.

Also, If I apply premium 140 (Texas center), will that increase the risk of REF?
