收到新的FP通知，请帮忙看看是怎么回事？谢谢！

我一年半前做过第一次FP， 当时是code 3， 现在又收到新的通知，可是却是code 1, 我想问问这是为什么？ 能说明什么问题吗？ 万分感谢！
