请问加拿大移民填表 -- 我该填哪种?

现在skilled worker分the regular process and the simplified application process. 有五类人要申请regular process. 其中之一是"have a legal status in the United States and are ting their application at the Canadian visa office in Buffalo."我不太明白这句话.

本人现为H1B,在芝加哥.是否就是以上这种? 但感觉并不对,好象应该走simplified application process.

望前辈们赐教.
