Please allow me to clarify some confusion about the inquiry via First Lady.
As a matter of fact, First Lady's office cannot help you to expedite your name check clearance, and it is the same as congressional inquiry.
Some may ask why I got cleared by FBI's response to First Lady's inquiry on behalf of me. The answer is that your name check has been cleared or just cleared by the time First Lady's office made the inquiry. Therfore, we can say this is coinstantaneous.
