绿卡申请已经三年,至今无任何进展,请哪位高手指点迷津

我于2003年12月15日以K-1签证来美国费城,20043年3月初和我的美国公民男友结婚,并于同月申请I-485.移民局于2004年4月22日来函称，2004年3月31日收到我的申请。同年6月按指纹，去年9月又再次去移民局按指纹。但是现在我的绿卡申请已近三年,至今无任何进展。其间，我们多次联系移民局，移民局答复称我的申请已经转到加州，要我们在网上查，可是移民局网上有关加州的I-485申请案是基于劳工案子的，没有我这样类型的。我们又于06年12月26日同移民局打电话，移民局为了阻止我们再去信，来函告知，我们的信他们已收到，我的申请还在Pending，如有疑问六个月以后再联系他们。现在这事让我很头痛，不知怎么办，请哪位高手指点迷津。多谢了！
