请教AP的有效期的问题,

请问AP的有效期是从AP批准日期起一年, 还是第一次过关打的日期起一年? 例如, 我的AP是从2005年12月26日起, 但我第一次使用AP是在2006年八月. 移民官在AP上盖了章, 而且写了日期是2007年8月. 请有经验的朋友给个回答. 非常感谢!!!
