question about I-485 signature

My son is almost 4-year-old. When I filed I-140 and concurrent filing I-485, I prepared I-485 Form for my son. I signed "the person who prepares the form" and leave the place of my son's signature empty. However, all packages were returned to me and ask for my son's signature.

I do not think small children know how to sign it. Do you have the same experience for it? Could you give me some suggestions?
