请教小百兔: applying for OPT and H1-B after i485

Hi,

I'm currently an F1 student graduating this May. My i485 is pending (as a dependent from my father's approved i-140). I have a full-time job offer after graduation and my employer is asking if I need H1-B sponsorship. I have three questions:

1) Should I apply for OPT and H1-B like a regular F-1 student? Or
2) Should I just apply for EAD based on my i485? Or
3) Do both, in case my i485 is denied and I would still be able to work under H1 status?
