加拿大绿卡用了近一年时间， 拿到landing paper，但现在据说时间至少要两年。 问题是，你拿到加拿大绿卡不去加拿大住的话，也会不来美国呀？

美国140的申请用了也是近一年时间（只差几天），然后file４８５，不过现在的新法可以允许同时ｆｉｌｅ１４０、４８５、ＡＰ和ＥＡＤ，这样你大约半年之内可以拿到ＡＰ然后回国，美国的办法比加拿大的还要快。
