140NIW RFE question

RFE 的中心问题是要提供证据证明the national interest of the United Stats in its entirety would experience adverse affects by burdening the alien to seek the labor certification process还有就是证明alien will serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than would an available U.S. worker.
非常头痛。因为推荐信里这些话已被专家不止一次地说过。文章量，引用量也都是明白的事实，真不知道他们到底要的是什么样的证据。大家帮忙出出主意吧，多谢了！！
