有一项材料是结婚证的COPY件, 我们只有中国结婚证, 是不是必须得要做公证呢?

现在手头的公证都用光了, 国内家里还有一份, 是不是必须要原件呢?

可不可以让国内的家人传真公证COPY件给我呢?
