J1 went back China,J2 have 2 entrances,does she still can come t

I have a friend J2 who came to visit his LG ,J1,last year.Now they both are in China. But my friend still has a second entrance choice to come to American till Augst.Does she is allowed to enter to USA eventhough her hu*****and has gone back to China.Thank you very much.
