Does 485 receipt takes longer than other applications

such as 140 or H1B extension? I got receipts for 140/H1B one week later. Still haven't heard anything yet for 485 after 10 days. I know it's normal, just wondering if it does take longer than other cases. Thanks and Happy Chinese New Year!
