我入籍后，可以帮助我的母亲和继父申请身份吗？

我今年23岁，4月份就加入美国国籍，我的母亲来美国有八年，一直没有身份，她最近和我的继父结婚，但是我的继父也没有身份，他来美国也有很多年。我不知道我入籍后，是否可以为他们申请身份？ 如果可以为他们申请身份，那我需要准备那些材料？如果不能为他们申请，那我应该怎么办？ 请大家给我指教，在此感谢不尽。
