I think she is trying to scare you away. your case has been pending for so long. The judge will not let it go like this.

Anyway, prepare enough materials for the hearing. Something like your personal life has been impacted dramatically by the name check issue.

For 5 years, how many golden 5 years you have in your life. I would have asked the assistant if I were you.

If you filed it by yourself, you probably want to consult a lawyer for help to add some confidence.
