Thank you very much for your adivice. I just contacted the AUSA. And they said they are going to file motion of dismiss because they feel no reason for me to charge against them as any long period is possible for Name check. and they said they cannot push FBI since 12/31/06. I told her my case is extreme (4 plus years), but she doesnt care. I was very upset.

Can you tell me when you said "they started to work on", what did they do? that might be something I can ask them to do.
