My I485 RFE--share with XDJM

1. Medical examination not sufficient: chest X-ray is not sufficient for TB, should take the TB skin test! (My civil surgeon told me that either of them was enough)

2. I-94 copy (But I have included it in the package I sent to USCIS last year. I am wondering why they ask for it again?!)
