J-1 waiver

看到那么多J-1 WAIVER 受害者，真觉得这个WAIVER系统真是个王八蛋工程。害了多少人。

这里我还想提醒一下那些如果很长时间都得不到WAIVER的，如果你们最后不得不FILE I612表，不要忘了写一个STATEMENT说明情况。我就是没有写STATEMENT说明情况，INS又来要，耽误了很多时间。
