my pd is 9/2000, maybe the oldest case on this forum, and has been stuck with NC for 20 months (NC started on July 2005). My application is EB3, and I just got a new offer which is totally different my current job. My current company allows me take one year to 2 years leave of absence, like dependent care leave or education leave. My question is if I take no-pay on leave while work on the new job with my EAD, what will happen? What's the process the employers transfer employment information with USCIS? What's the worst consequence for my case?
